Raynham Riverwalk is a residential development featuring 138 three-bedroom townhomes built on 33 areas with direct access to the Taunton River. The townhomes seamlessly blend in with the architectural character and scale of the surrounding neighborhoods with a mix of farmhouse/craftsman style trim and siding throughout each building.

Thirty-four buildings will be spread across the 33-acre development, leaving much of the natural setting intact. Each building varies in size between 2-5 units per building and are designed to incorporate an abundance of natural sunlight, overlook protected woodlands, and include open floorplans.
